Ranking Your Friends is a social game application that allows users to create and participate in ranking-based games with friends. The Service includes web and mobile platforms that enable users to create games, invite players, submit rankings, and view aggregated results.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ranking Your Friends and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the app. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ranking Your Friends operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
